3月15日，广州海克森能源有限公司与连云港市能源集团有限公司合资成立：连云港海克森能源有限公司。全面布局华东区域大型海陆风光项目建设配储项目，深入开发、投资和运营华东区域工商业储能项目。

2023年底，由连云港市政府市长指示并带队考察广州海克森，达成战略合作意向。2024年初，双方签署投资协议，由连云港市政府成立连云港能源集团，与海克森合资建设三期储能系统产线，预计总投资1.08亿元。一期1GWh储能集成产线将于2024年6月完成厂房建设交付，启动内部设备采购、进场调试，并于2025年1月底全面投产。

2024年-2026年，连云港能源集团将加快新能源建设，预计参与投资建设渔光互补、盐光互补光伏项目超2GW，并与海克森携手调研建设相关配套储能项目。未来，双方还将在海上风光、电动船舶、海上能源岛、抽水蓄能、大型石化企业配储等多个应用场景展开深度合作。

连云港能源集团有限公司组建于2023年底，由连云港工业投资集团全资控股。
连云港工业投资集团是在原金桥盐化集团、奥神集团等国有工业资产的基础上重组的国有大型企业集团，被市委、市政府赋予“引导高新产业、推进产业转型、服务企业发展、重大项目投资”四项职能。现有全资及控股法人企业38家，集体企业1家，分公司2家，参股企业11家，拥有1个产业研究院、1个博士后工作站、1个研究生工作站，3家国家高新技术企业。

At the end of 2023, the Mayor of Lianyungang Municipal Government instructed and led a team to inspect Guangzhou Hexoness and reached a strategic cooperation intention. At the beginning of 2024, both parties signed an investment agreement to establish Lianyungang Energy Group by the Lianyungang Municipal Government, and jointly build the third phase energy storage system production line with Hexoness, with an estimated total investment of 108 million yuan. The first phase of the 1GWh energy storage integrated production line will complete the construction and delivery of the factory in June 2024, initiate internal equipment procurement, on-site commissioning, and fully put into operation by the end of January 2025.
From 2024 to 2026, Lianyungang Energy Group will accelerate the construction of new energy, and is expected to participate in the investment and construction of more than 2GW of complementary photovoltaic projects for fishing and solar power, as well as research and construction of related supporting energy storage projects with Hexoness. In the future, the two sides will also engage in in-depth cooperation in multiple application scenarios such as offshore wind and solar power, electric ships, offshore energy islands, pumped storage, and large-scale petrochemical enterprise distribution and storage.
In the future, Hexoness will leverage its industry-leading energy storage cell resources and self-developed 3S technology advantages to comprehensively serve large-scale sea, land, wind and solar energy distribution and industrial and commercial energy storage projects in the East China region.

Lianyungang Energy Group Co., Ltd. was established at the end of 2023 and is wholly owned by Lianyungang Industrial Investment Group. Lianyungang Industrial Investment Group is a large-scale state-owned enterprise group restructured on the basis of state-owned industrial assets such as the former Jinqiao Salt and Chemical Group and Aoshen Group.
