12月7日，海辰储能重庆基地一期一阶段项目投产仪式在重庆铜梁举行。此次重庆基地项目的投产，是海辰储能实施三大基地协同发展战略的重要里程碑，将进一步整合内部资源、发挥规模化生产优势、完善产业链布局，成为海辰储能持续迈向高质量发展的“推进器”。
重庆市政府办公厅、市能源局、市科技局、市经济信息委、市招商局、市地方金融监管局等市级部门相关负责人，海辰储能战略合作伙伴、投资方、银团代表及行业协会、媒体嘉宾等出席活动。
项目投产及签约仪式
海辰储能联合创始人、总裁王鹏程发表了欢迎致辞。他表示，海辰储能重庆基地自落地到开工，再到今天正式投产，离不开重庆市及铜梁当地的政策引导、创新支撑和要素保障。重庆基地是海辰储能立足长远，深入构建厦门、重庆“双子星”规模化发展格局的重要战略举措，海辰储能积极响应国家“双碳”战略，致力推动绿色能源的发展和创新应用，把储能生态布局与重庆铜梁的经济发展相融合，坚定做好储能产业中的链主，带动上下游产业的联动创新，打造西南“1小时朋友圈”，助推重庆铜梁打造成为中国西部新型储能产业新高地。
海辰储能重庆基地，是重庆市首个投资超百亿级的锂电电化学储能整装项目，计划总投资130亿元，总用地面积约1200亩，将建成具备56GWh新一代储能锂电池、22GWh储能模组的生产基地及研发中心。依建设规划，这座新型工厂将集“智慧工厂、‘零碳’工厂、花园工厂”为一体，致力成为西南地区单体产能最大的储能电池工厂。

目前，基地一期一阶段项目正式投产，其按照国际化高标准设计打造，采用海辰储能第四代高效率锂电智能制造产线，产线效率比第三代提升30%、自动化水平提升26%、制造成本降低25%，相比第三代实现了制造竞争力的大幅领先。一期一阶段项目实现量产后，将逐步形成产业生态，助推铜梁打造成渝中部产业新高地。
大会现场举行了首批下线储能电池揭幕仪式，标志着海辰储能重庆基地正式投产；同时现场还举行了首颗储能电池捐赠交接，正式将海辰储能重庆基地首颗储能电池移交给重庆工业博物馆收藏。

投产仪式结束后，海辰储能与渝富集团、峰和资本以及铜梁区签署战略合作协议，围绕重庆储能产业投资基金开展深入合作，进一步推动海辰储能发挥行业龙头的纽带和支撑作用，将辐射带动重庆形成2000亿级新型储能产业集群。
未来，海辰储能将持续加强重庆基地建设，以重庆基地项目为引擎，做强产业发展主阵地，深度参与重庆储能产业生态建设，打造更多储能创新应用场景，不断激发强大的生产力和创新力、提升全球竞争力，在重庆市乃至西南地区储能产业补链优链强链中积极发挥引领作用，持续书写储能龙都新华章。
此外，值得关注的是12月12日，海辰储能将在重庆市举办首届“海辰储能生态日”活动，大会以“三体·新世界”为主题，将带来生产、生活、生态的创新改变，期待与产业生态伙伴一起打开储能新世界，共同见证储能新未来！
On December 7th, the commissioning ceremony of the first phase of HiTHIUM Chongqing Base was held in Tongliang, Chongqing. The commissioning of the Chongqing base project is an important milestone in the implementation of the synergistic development strategy of the three bases, which will further integrate internal resources, give full play to the advantages of large-scale production, improve the layout of the industrial chain, and contribute continuously to HiTHIUM’s high-quality development.

Jason Wang, Co-founder and President of HiTHIUM, said, “From landing to the construction of Chongqing base, and then officially put into operation today, it is inseparable from the local support of Chongqing Municipality and Tongliang. In the future, with Chongqing Base and Xiamen Base, HiTHIUM will keep being committed to promoting the development of clean energy and innovative applications, the ecosystem layout of energy storage and the economic development of Chongqing Tongliang, and bringing response to the national "dual carbon" strategy.”
HiTHIUM Chongqing Base is the first lithium electrochemical over RMB 10 billion energy storage project in Chongqing with a total planned investment of RMB 13 billion and a new 800,000 m2 facility. It will be built into base with a planned total of 56GWh dedicated to new generation LFP batteries and another 22GWh for energy storage modules. According to the construction plan, this new factory will be a "smart factory, 'zero-carbon' factory, garden factory" as a unity, and is committed to becoming the largest single capacity energy storage battery factory in Southwest China.
The first phase of the base has actually officially put into production, which is designed and built according to high international standards, with smart “manufacturing 4.0” standards, which improves the efficiency of the production line by 30% compared with the “manufacturing 3.0”, improves the level of automation by 26%, and reduces the manufacturing cost by 25%, so as to realize a significant lead in manufacturing competitiveness. After its mass production, the base will gradually form an industrial ecosystem and help Tongliang become a new industrial highland in central Chongqing.
Marking the official commissioning of HiTHIUM Chongqing Base, the site held the unveiling ceremony of the first fabricated batch of energy storage batteries and the first energy storage battery donation has been handed over to Chongqing Industry Museum for collection. After the commissioning ceremony, HiTHIUM signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Yufu Holding Group, Fenghe Capital and Tongliang District, to carry out deep cooperation around Chongqing Energy Storage Industry Investment Fund, to further promote HiTHIUM’s leading and support role ,which will drive the formation of a RMB 200 billion Chongqing new energy storage industry cluster.
In the future, HiTHIUM will continue to strengthen the construction of Chongqing base, continuously stimulate strong productivity and innovation, enhance global competitiveness, and actively play a leading role in Chongqing and even the southwest region in the energy storage industry.
